Magnum Opus began, in 2008, as an ABA home-programming consultation firm. We opened the doors to the Intervention Center (in Heath) in August of 2009 with 6 clients and, by the end of the service year, had outgrown our building! In August of 2010, the Magnum Opus facility expanded by ~3,500 sq feet, and added a single full day, 1:4 classroom. A second full day classroom opened in January of 2011. Many of these clients will move into our new 1:6 classrooms for the 2011-2012 Service Year.
It is our long-term goal to become the model program for the treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorder and other Developmental Disabilities in Licking, Perry, Knox, and Muskingum counties. We will do this by providing a spectrum of services, all designed to provide appropriate and individualized intervention - from diagnosis, through high school graduation, and into job placement. We will always strive to be the place "Where All the Pieces Fit."
